Hayden Panettiere and her mom, Lesley Vogel, were spotted leaving Joe’s Diner in Santa Monica over the weekend. Lesley used to be a soap opera star, so that automatically means she is a famewhore, which is totally apparent by these photos. I just hope for Hayden’s sake that she is not a mom like Dina Lohan, because that would mean that Hayden would actually have to pry her mother’s hands off of her 8-ball to get her to play mommy.

Spotted facing the wall in what appears to be either a playful attempt to trick the paparazzi or just another ass-flashing moment, Hayden Panettiere made the streets of Hollywood a bit warmer in a pair of denim shorts this weekend. I don’t know what it is with girls like Hayden, but she looks innocent, almost pure…but you know when she dresses provocatively it gives away her evil side.
