So Amy Winehouse really is sick! But its not just due to exhaustion from her work schedule or from performing charity work in plague stricken areas of the world, no, its self inflicted, so we’re right out of sympathy here at Dumbasscelebrities.com.

Doctors now believe that the junkie singer has contracted tuberculosis, which is common among drug users because of their weaker immune system, which has caused her to bring up blood when she coughs!

Now there’s a sight that should carry a government health warning! If sightings of Winehouse groveling around under her garage door or running half naked through Hyde Park isn’t bad enough, we can now look forward to the ghoulish sight of her vomiting blood!

Along with the TB Winehouse may also have an irregular heartbeat (doesn’t that happen with the excitement of ‘E’s”?).

A source has said, “The word tuberculosis might frighten her into getting herself well. It certainly should do. She needs to realize she will die if she doesn’t clean up her act. Amy is in a bad way. Doctors are still struggling to control her heartbeat but the chest condition has been really worrying them. She’d been suffering horrible coughing fits and hurling up blood for a while but refused to be examined. Doctors now believe it is tuberculosis and are doing more tests to be certain.”

Just looking in a mirror should be enough to frighten the 5 time Grammy Award winner into getting a grip of her life never mind the sight of her leaking blood!

We kind of forget, among all the rumours, photos and title-tattle of the paps and the blogs that there is, and always will be a bond between father and daughter that no amount of slagging and slating can break. And that bond certainly exists between Miley Cyrus, 15, and her country singing daddy, Billy ray Cyrus.

So, it was good to see that the celebrity pair took time to celebrate Father’s Day this weekend, in the same way as millions of other 15 year old girls did around the country.

Although Miley claims Billy Ray, 46, is more like a friend than her father he is constantly there to shield her from the down side of celebrity living.

Daddy Cyrus said, “I’ve always tried to be her best friend and that’s what I continue to do now. She always knows if she needs me, I’m there.”

Having lived his adult life in the spotlight and knowing the business, lets just hope he manages to guide his precious Miley away from the pit-falls that have become the failing of so many other young stars such as Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Amy Winehouse!

Amy Winehouse maybe a phenomenon in the music world having secured 5 Grammys for her album Back to Black and more recently an Ivor Novell gong for her brilliant composition Love is a Losing Game, but when it comes to self preservation she falls extremely short of the mark.

While out on the town this weekend Amy attempted to camouflage her dreadfully marked skin with a thick splattering of foundation.

With the ravages of her drug consumption and alcohol abuse showing on the face that was once smooth and vivacious, people are beginning to wonder just how much longer Winehouse’s body can sustain her chosen lifestyle.

After a late night out and partying at her Camden Town apartment with friends, Amy was late to Pentonville prison, London, for her appointment to visit husband Blake Fielder-Civil in jail.

Being sent away by prison officers, Amy took a taxi back to her home showing signs of being distraught at having missed Blake.

Amy and Blake have spent seven months of their brief marriage apart due to the former music video assistant’s incarceration as he awaits trial for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But taking a close look at what has become of his wife, its maybe a good thing that Blake has not been subjected to the same lifestyle as Amy over the past few months. Maybe when he is finally released he might be more able to bring a modicum of sanity to the troubled singer’s life.
