Madonna has hired a male nanny to look after adopted son.The pop superstar was looking for someone to care for 23-month-old David Banda and when she realized there were no suitable female candidates, she decided to employ a “manny.”The man will live in Madonna’s luxurious London home along with the singer’s husband Guy Ritchie and her other children, Lourdes, 10, and seven-year-old Rocco.
However, he has been told he will only be caring for David, who Madonna adopted from a Malwai orphanage last October.The “Hung Up” singer has also reportedly given her “manny” strict house rules, which include no sex, no watching TV and no newspapers or magazines.
A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “Madonna is very strict with her rules for whoever looks after her children as she wants the best standards for them.”"He will be a live-in nanny and need to be available 24/7.”

Nick Bollea - whose father’s real name is Terry Bollea - crashed his Toyota Supra in Florida on Sunday (08.26.07) after losing control and smashing into a palm tree, injuring himself and putting his passenger in intensive care.
Nick, 17, has since been discharged from Bayfront Medical Center after suffering only minor injuries, but his friend John Graziano, 22, is said to be in a critical condition.
Clearwater police spokesman Wayne Shelor reported Nick’s car had been driving at “a high rate of speed” when it “inexplicably left the roadway” and flipped around, causing its back end to hit a palm tree.
He added the car was “completely destroyed” and both Nick and Graziano had to be pulled from the wreckage and flown to hospital by helicopter.
Nick’s mother, Linda Hogan, said: “Nick is currently at the hospital with John and his family. His sole concern is for the wellbeing of his friend.”
“On behalf of my family, we ask that your thoughts and prayers be with John and his loved ones.”

Jessica Simpson was allegedly 11 hours late for a promotional interview.The actress was due to speak to Lara Spencer of America’s “The Insider” show at 10am.However, Jessica didn’t arrive until 9pm, leaving Laura - who had flown to Louisiana, where Jessica is currently filming new movie “Major Movie Star,” to conduct the interview - waiting for 11 hours.Jessica’s spokesperson blamed the wait on miscommunication, saying: “Jessica did the interview as soon as she was free from shooting.”
Last week, Jessica’s co-star Vivica A. Fox dismissed claims the busty blonde was a diva.Vivica, who appears alongside Jessica in “Major Movie Star,” insisted rumors Jessica has behaved like a spoil brat were just “vicious lies.”She said: “Those vicious lies they put out were just that - lies.”
